Why we collect personal information
We collect only the personal information that is necessary for our relationship with the User. We limit the type of information we collect and use to the personal information required to manage our relationship with the User, to respond to the User's request, to provide services in connection with the attribution of donations, sponsorships, scholarships, financial assistance, services or any other merchandise offered via the Platform, to ensure good customer service and to otherwise operate the Platform. In particular, we may collect Personal Information:

- When identifying information is required to fulfill the request made by the User.
- If banking information is provided, we will collect the bank location, transit number and associated bank account number. In the event that a credit card is used for purchases, we will collect User's credit card information, including the CVV number.
When you use the Platform
In order to ensure adequate and quality service and to improve the customer experience, identifying information may be collected when the User logs in to the User account, such as name, password, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
When the User calls or emails customer service, in order to ensure quality service, the User may be asked for identifying information, such as name and a contact telephone number, if he or she contacts us regarding the use of the Platform or a service offered on the Platform or other matter.
How we collect Personal Information
We collect the User's personal information in person or on our Platform, over the phone, by email or in any other way, generally for the purpose of ensuring the efficient operation of the Platform and its features.
When the User visits our Platform, we may record information that the User's web browser regularly shares with websites. To analyze in order to grant a donation, sponsorship or scholarship to an applicant's project, a financial aid, a service or any other commodity offered through the Platform, including to process banking information, to agree on a contractual agreement and to allow the use of the brand image in an appropriate manner

To control the quality of customer service and prevent errors and fraud.
In order to operate our Platform and for purposes of hosting and maintaining the personal information collected, we may need to share information with our affiliates, divisions or business partners. We and third parties will use the personal information we collect only for the purposes identified above and will maintain equivalent safeguards. For example, we may share information with our affiliates, partners or divisions so that they can analyze a User's request, to provide a donation, sponsorship, scholarship or other financial assistance, service or commodity offered by the affiliate, division or partner in response to the User's request, to provide the User with services, and to assist us in collecting, analyzing and evaluating our information, or to provide any other support services for the Platform and its use. We may also use external expertise for the purpose of evaluating the investments made.
The Platform may eventually contain tools that will allow the User to purchase products and services, such as an online store. In order to use these tools, the User may have to provide information about him/herself, such as a credit card number, name, surname, postal address and e-mail address. The Platform will use the User's information to provide the service that the tool offers to the User, for example, to assist the User in ordering and delivering products and services. Except as otherwise set forth in this Policy, we will not use personal information collected by these tools for any other purpose without the User's prior express written permission.
We may choose to disclose personal information without prior notice in response to requests from law enforcement or governmental agencies; to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or requests for information from administrative agencies; to enforce our contracts or property rights; to protect ourselves or others; or when required or otherwise permitted by law. Username and Password
In order to access his account, User must create and use his username and password for all subsequent use sessions. User shall use them only for lawful purposes. The User is fully responsible for them and for the consequences of any use made of them by the User or any other person, including the consequences of any illegal operation committed through the use of the User name and password. The User is required to take all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality of the User name and password for security reasons. In particular, User shall not disclose to any person, or allow any person to use the password, except to an authorized representative of User. It is strongly recommended to choose a password that only the User knows and whose components cannot be easily traced back to the User. It is also recommended that User change his or her password regularly and log off at the end of the session.
If User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of User's username or password, or if User fears that another person has become aware of it, or if User believes that it has been lost or stolen, User should notify us immediately.
All usernames and passwords are ultimately administered by Sollio Cooperative Group via the Platform support team, which reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel them without prior notice.
Your consent
By providing us with personal information, the User consents to our collection, use and disclosure of such information for the purposes described in this Policy. By using our Platform, the User consents to our collection, use and disclosure of certain anonymous information combined with the User's IP address in accordance with this Policy. If we choose to use personal information already in our custody for a purpose not identified at the time we originally collected the information, we will seek the consent of the affected Users before using the information for that new purpose, unless obtaining such consent is not required by law in those specific circumstances.

If the User prefers that we do not collect, use or disclose his or her personal information or that we do not use his or her personal information, the User is requested to contact us. The User's personal information may be hosted and/or stored by our suppliers or Partners located outside Quebec or Canada (e.g., United States). In this case, we, our suppliers and our Partners will at all times comply with this Policy and maintain equivalent security measures that comply with applicable legal obligations.
We will only retain User's personal information for a reasonable period of time, consistent with the provisions of the Act, in order to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
